Ingredients:
1/2 kilo healthy oat Atayef
1 cup “small” greek yogurt
1 banana
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
Recipe:
Grease Atayef with coconut oil “or olive oil” Shape them like cones.
Put them on a baking sheet “parchment paper” Bake in pre-heated oven on 180 degrees until crunchy.
Chocolate budding:
Mash banana with fork until smooth.
Add greek yogurt, honey and cocoa and mix it very well.
Now the budding is ready to fill the Atayef cones.
