Healthy Amar El-Dein wraps

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo apricots

1/2 cup honey

Pinch of Salt

Lemon

 

 

 

Recipe:

Boil apricots for 10 mins then rinse very well.

Blend in food processor until smooth.

Put it in a pan, add honey and lemon salt.

Keep stirring continuously on high heat for 30-45 mins “until the mixture is very thick”.

Spread the mixture on baking sheet and leave it for two days till totally dry
