Healthy Blueberry Cupcakes


  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup almond milk / skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Baking powder
  • Vanilla


Mash banana until smooth, add egg, greek yogurt, honey, vanilla and baking powder and mix together then add oats and mix again then add milk.

Fill half the cupcake cups with the mixture then add the berries (nuts, dark chocolate or fruits) and then fill the cups with the mixture to the top, bake for 1 hour/ 180 degrees heat.
