Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup water
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients very well.
Cover the mixture and leave it for an hour until yeast activate.
With a spoon, take suitable amount of the mixture, cook it on a pre-heated pan greased with coconut oil “or olive oil” on medium heat until cooked.
Now it’s ready to eat it in a healthy way with light cream cheese, nuts, fresh fruits or dried fruits with a drizzle of natural honey.
