Ingredients:
- 2 boiled carrots
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond milk/skimmed milk

- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp honey
